The second time when his tickle spot is activated, he repeats the above patter, and then sits down, falls backwards and kicks his feet laughing harder. Then when he is tickled for the third time, he rolls over onto his tummy, thumping his hand on the floor in laughter.

While he is laughing, Elmo says many phrases such as “I got tickled!” “You did it again!” “Again! Again!” “Give Elmo a break, please!” and “I can’t stop laughing!”

Six AA batteries may easily be changed on the bottom of his feet. Parents will be happy to know that he also has an on and off button so if your child would want to sleep with him, they wouldn’t wake up startled by Elmo’s giggles and movement. Not to mention when parents need that peace and quiet.
